CANCELLATION POLICY

All appointment cancellations, reschedules, or edits must be submitted more than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time, regardless of business hours. If the spa is closed, time-stamped submissions still qualify when made via any of the following methods:     •    Email to saltoftheearthspallc@gmail.com     •    Voicemail left on our business line at 317-628-5954     •    Direct messages sent through our official social media platforms Clients may also cancel or reschedule directly through GlossGenius, the same platform used to book. Please note that GlossGenius does not allow online cancellations within 24 hours of an appointment and will redirect clients to contact us directly. This does not pause or override the 24-hour policy. Any cancellations, reschedules, edits, or no-shows made within 24 hours of the appointment, or failure to attend the appointment, will result in a 30% cancellation fee. This fee compensates our staff for reserved time that can no longer be filled. Each client must have their own individual booking profile to ensure accurate scheduling and waiver processing. If a client chooses not to sign required waivers, the appointment will be considered a same-day cancellation and the cancellation fee will apply. Gift cards may not be used to cover cancellation fees. Any outstanding cancellation fees must be paid before a gift card can be redeemed or applied to a future service or purchases. Gift cards remain non-refundable. Each client must have their own individual profile when booking to ensure accurate scheduling and processing of all waivers. Thank you for your understanding.
